A little about us
Q2 supports organizations in improving psychological safety and employee mental health. The Rapid Assessment is the first step in that process. It gives organizations a quick, high-level snapshot of what’s working well and which areas may need more attention.
This assessment is intentionally short and focused. It’s not designed to diagnose or solve everything on its own — it helps identify where deeper conversation, follow-up assessment, or practical support may be most helpful.
Where the Rapid Assessment Fits
For employees, the Rapid Assessment is usually the first experience they’ll have with Q2.
For organizations, it helps:
highlight priority areas,
guide where to focus next, and
determine whether a deeper follow-up assessment or targeted support would be useful.
Your experience taking this assessment — how it feels, how clear it is, and whether it builds trust — is especially important to us.
What to Expect
The Rapid Assessment takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
At the end, you’ll be invited to complete a short follow-up survey (a few minutes) to share feedback on the experience.
We’re mainly looking for input on ease of use, clarity, flow, trust, length, and overall feel — not detailed critique of every question.
A Few Important Notes

There are no right or wrong answers — we’re testing the experience, not you.
One of the follow-up questions will ask whether this is something you’d feel comfortable completing if your employer asked you to, and why or why not. That perspective is extremely helpful for us.
