Rapid Assessment Report

Following the assessment, we produce a Leadership Report that highlights both areas of strength and potential risk. The results give leadership clear insight into where psychosocial risks or mental health concerns may be emerging—without identifying individual employees. The goal is to make meaningful, measurable progress through small steps that build over time.



Spotlight Surveys - A short, focused assessment to understand your priority area in more detail.

After your Rapid Assessment, your organization chooses one priority area — for example, Stress or Open Communication. We then run a Spotlight Survey (4–6 questions) to go deeper on that one issue. This creates a custom diagnostic based on your team’s anonymous input.

Q2 Playbooks - translating data into action

Q2 Playbooks give organizations a simple, structured way to take focused action on psychosocial hazards and employee mental health that is tailored to your sector and your people.

Based on Spotlight results, Q2 builds your Playbook. Each Playbook is customized by industry, tailored by role (CEO, HR, Managers, Employees, etc.), and built using real input from your teams.

Executive Leadership sees actions that matter at the executive level, HR gets targeted strategies for policy, culture, and support, Managers receive practical team-facing ideas and Frontline staff see what's actionable for them.

And because different departments often face different challenges, each department can receive a different Playbook, even within the same company.
